Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open IVS LawDesk and go to Account (menu ⋮ → Account).
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account, cloud backup and this phone's app data are deleted straight away.

- Go to ivslawdesk.com/account and log in with your mobile number (OTP).
- Under Your data & privacy, first use Download all my data if you want a copy.
- Open Withdraw consent & delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account and cloud data are deleted straight away.

- Email contact@ivssofttech.com with subject “Delete my IVS LawDesk account”, or WhatsApp +91 94507 46793, from or mentioning your registered mobile number and email.
- We confirm the request with you and delete the account within 7 working days, and tell you when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, mobile number, email, profile photo)
- All clients, cases, hearings, fee and payment records backed up to our cloud
- SMS reminder settings and SMS send log
- Data on your phone is removed by in-app deletion, or when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
What we keep, and for how long
- Payment and invoice records (order ID, amount, date, GST details) and referral commission records — kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
- A one-way, encrypted fingerprint (keyed hash) of your mobile number and of your device, showing only that they already used the free trial — kept for 2 years to stop repeat free trials. It does not contain your number, name or any practice data, and cannot be turned back into your number or used to restore your account.
Delete only some data
You can delete individual clients, cases, hearings or payments inside the app at any time; deleted items are removed from the cloud backup too. To have specific data deleted without closing your account, email us with the details.
Unused plan balance
Deleting your account ends any active plan and unused SMS balance. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
