Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial first

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial so you can try all features before paying.

Yearly plans

• You can request a full refund within 7 days of your first plan purchase if you are not satisfied.
• After 7 days, plan fees are non-refundable. Your plan stays active until its end date.
• Plans do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — simply do not renew.

SMS packs

SMS packs are non-refundable once any SMS from the pack has been used. Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but the plan or SMS pack did not activate, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will activate it or refund the amount in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
