By using IVS LawDesk you agree to these terms with IVS Softtech Private Limited, Kanpur (“we”).

The service

IVS LawDesk helps advocates manage clients, cases, hearing dates, fees and reminders. It is a record-keeping tool. It is not legal advice and does not replace official court cause lists — always verify dates with the court.

Your account

One account per registrant, verified by mobile OTP. Keep your phone secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the data you enter.

Free trial

New accounts get 30 days of full access. One trial per mobile number and per device. After the trial the App becomes view-only until a plan is purchased.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed yearly in Indian Rupees, GST included, through Razorpay. A plan covers the stated number of clients for one year from payment. SMS packs are prepaid and used only for automatic SMS reminders.

SMS reminders

Automatic SMS are sent under our DLT-registered sender ID IVSLAW using approved templates. You must have your clients' consent. Delivery depends on telecom operators and is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App for unlawful purposes, spam, or to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but the App is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
